These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Calinola online store and every purchase you make here. Please read them carefully. By using this store or placing an order you agree to these terms. Last updated: August 22, 2026.

This store is operated under the brand name Calinola by Mumora Media LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at info@calinola.com (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST/EDT (Eastern Time)).
2. Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Products, prices and availability
All prices in this store are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices can change over time; the price shown at checkout at the moment you place your order is the price that applies to that order. We take care to describe and photograph every product accurately; slight variations in color can result from screen settings. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct obvious errors in pricing or product information. If we discover a material error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice to confirm the order at the corrected conditions or to cancel it with a full refund.
4. Orders and order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. After you place an order you receive an automatic order confirmation by email; the purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order, at the latest when we ship the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order in individual cases, for example on suspicion of fraud, missing payment, or delivery addresses outside our delivery area; in that case any payment already made is refunded in full.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear automatically on supported devices and browsers, so the exact wallets you see can differ between your phone and your computer. Klarna options are shown at checkout where offered and are subject to Klarna's own review and terms. Payment is taken securely at checkout; we never see or store your full card details. 6. Shipping and delivery
We ship free of charge within the United States. Processing takes 1-3 business days, transit 5-8 business days, in total 6-11 business days (Monday to Friday). The full details, including the 2:00 PM EST/EDT (Eastern Time) cut-off, are in our Shipping policy.
7. Returns, refunds and exchanges
You can return items within 14 days of delivery and exchange them for another size or color free of charge; the replacement ships as soon as the exchange is registered. The full details are in our Refund policy.
8. Warranty disclaimer
Except as expressly provided in these terms and in our Refund policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This disclaimer expressly does not limit: (a) our promises for defective goods and wrong deliveries in the Refund policy, (b) our delivery promises in the Shipping policy, and (c) any warranty rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mumora Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of this store, and our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in it limits the promises referenced in section 8.
10. Intellectual property
All content of this store - texts, product descriptions, photographs, graphics and the Calinola brand presentation - is protected and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.

12. Governing law
These terms and every purchase in this store are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection law of the state in which you reside. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent courts unless applicable law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when our services change. The version published in this store at the time of your order applies to that order.
