Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to return any item. Register the return first by emailing info@calinola.com with your order number - you then receive the return address and instructions. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving and being checked. Returns for change of mind are at your own postage cost; for defective or wrong items we cover everything.
Exchanges are free: if you need another size or color, we reserve the replacement straight away and ship it as soon as your exchange is registered - you never wait for your return to arrive first. We cover both the return postage and the replacement shipment. If your wish is unavailable, we tell you and refund you instead.
